Sweet Teeth | Los Angeles Baby Photography

I went to Philadelphia to photograph this family initially. Mom, who is a photographer, mentioned that she had never done professional photos before and wanted to capture her 5 year old twins while they are still young. So I flew in from California and spent the weekend with them. It is exciting to me that her children will be able to look back and see a glimpse of life before kindergarten~ love and snuggles from mom and fun play time with dad (who has a ton of knock-knock jokes ready at all times). It was not the easiest of times (near 100-degree temps make being outside unfun), but we did get beautiful moments!
There are others, but I think that’s enough for now!

Meet the Bretons | Los Angeles Baby Photography

I was able to photograph to photographer’s families last month in Philadelphia! (The other family will be posted tomorrow)
This is the family of Jennifer Breton:
The baby, “I” [voice like Barry White]:
“J” [total sweetheart]:
“R” [a gassy, beautiful, gassy girl]:
And of course, mom and dad [willing to help random strangers lift up their car and change the tire in the dark] :)
I think you can see for yourself how wonderful they are! :)

Some children were more cooperative than others~ we did have lighting and “mood” challenges, and this image is a good summary of our time together:
In between those moments, there were some happy faces!

Beautiful Life | Los Angeles Baby Photographer

I was able to photograph two newborns right before I left California~ one boy, one girl. Aren’t they beautiful?
First is baby boy J., who at nine days old, had the most blonde hair I have ever seen on a newborn! I am also not sure how his mom could look so stunning just days post-partum- maybe she has some tips on her blog.
He also has a big brother who has the most gorgeous baby blues ever!
Baby girl G. is such a cutie pie and one of the tiniest newborns I have photographed! She is already a sweetheart and so loved by many!
Love the puckered lips!!
